MPC-135
Epoxy Crack Filler with Super Fast Cure

Introducing MPC-135
MPC-135 is a super-fast-curing, two-component epoxy crack filler designed for repairing horizontal and vertical cracks in concrete and other surfaces. This sag-resistant formula adheres to a variety of surfaces, including concrete, masonry, wood, metal, and plastic, making it suitable for use in industrial, institutional, commercial, and residential settings. Its seamless, waterproof finish and high compression strength make it ideal for junctions, wall-to-floor transitions, and structural patching.
Areas of application
- Industrial Use – Garages, Warehouses, Airports and hangars, Processing and manufacturing plants
- Commercial Use – Shopping malls and boutiques; Hotels; Offices; Showrooms; Restaurants; Hospitals; Schools; Community centers
- Residential Use – Entrances and hallways; basements; entertainment rooms; bathrooms; kitchens and living rooms; outdoor spaces and pool outlines
Features & Benefits of MPC-100 Epoxy Floor Coating
- Contains no solvent with a very low VOC content, allowing for interior applications without
harmful odors - Ideal for easy cleaning of the wall floor junction
- Superior compression force
- Can be used on large vertical surfaces
- Waterproof and seamless
- Dense surface resistant to bacteria and moisture and easy to clean
- Excellent adhesive properties, allowing for application on a wide variety of substrates
o May apply several layers on itself with excellent adhesion
Directions for Use
Surface Preparation
Clean surface thoroughly to remove dust, oil, grease, and contaminants.
Mechanically prepare concrete to ICRI-CSP2 profile (e.g., diamond grinding).
Ensure substrate is dry, sound, and free of curing agents or sealers.
Substrate must have a compressive strength of at least 3,635 psi (25 MPa) and a tensile strength of at least 218 psi (1.5 MPa).
Avoid condensation within 10°F (5.5°C) of the dew point.
Mixing Instructions
Condition components between 65°F and 86°F (18°C to 30°C) before use.
Pre-mix Part A (resin) and Part B (hardener) separately for 2–3 minutes.
Combine at a 2:1 ratio by volume (resin:hardener).
Mix thoroughly for 2–3 minutes with a low-speed drill (300–450 RPM).
Application
- For cracks, saw cuts, holes, and joints, Use a trowel or spatula to spread evenly.
- For wall-to-floor junctions, apply a bead using a spatula, then shape it with a rounded tool.
- Avoid excess material buildup to prevent difficult sanding.
Clean-Up
Clean tools and equipment with xylene immediately after use.
Once cured, product can only be removed mechanically.

- Do not apply if ambient humidity exceeds 85% or if substrate moisture exceeds 4%
- Surface must be dry, clean, and sound.
- Storage:
- Store in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated location
- Keep containers tightly sealed and away from incompatible substances.
- Disposal:
- Dispose of the product and containers according to local, regional, or national regulations.
- Prevent release into drains, soil, or natural waterways.
- Additional Warnings:
- The product may discolor if exposed to UV light or combustion by-products (e.g., propane heaters) during curing.
- Applying over porous or moisture-vulnerable surfaces without a vapor barrier may cause delamination.
