StonePro ELITE Diamond Impregnated Pads
Overview:
StonePro ELITE Diamond Impregnated Pads
Restore and maintain marble, travertine, limestone, terrazzo, and concrete surfaces with an easy, eco-friendly 3-step polishing system. No harsh chemicals — add water.
Each pad is embedded with a high concentration of quality diamonds set in a stiffer epoxy resin binder for fast, flat, sharp cutting and a long-lasting, high-quality shine.
How it works:
- Step 1 – Clean matte finish
- Step 2 – Satin finish
- Step 3 – High-gloss finish
- HONE (optional) – Natural matte finish for non-polished stone
Want an even deeper shine? Pair Step 3 with a buffing compound like Dia-Glo or 5X.
Backed by a molded polymer hook face, these pads mount securely to compatible pad drivers and work with low-speed swing machines, automatic scrubbers, and hand-tool polishers.
Available in: 7″, 16″, 17″, 20″
Made in the USA
Features and Benefits:
Easy 3-Step Polishing System: A simple, efficient process that removes scratches and chemical etching, leaving a high-gloss finish without a complicated workflow.
Eco-Friendly & Chemical-Free: Add water — no harsh chemicals required, making these pads a safer, more sustainable choice for polishing.
High Concentration of Quality Diamonds: Embedded with a dense concentration of premium diamonds, delivering fast cutting action and long-lasting pad life.
Epoxy Resin Binder with Stiffer Construction: Diamonds are set in a stiffer epoxy resin binder that cuts flatter and sharper, promoting a more even, high-quality polish.
Molded Polymer Hook Face: Backed with a durable molded polymer hook design that grips securely to compatible hook-face pad drivers — mount with the ELITE logo facing up toward the driver for proper engagement.
Versatile Surface Compatibility: Suitable for a range of hard surfaces, including:
- Marble
- Travertine
- Limestone
- Terrazzo
- Concrete
Equipment Compatibility: Works with low-speed swing machines, automatic scrubbers, and hand-tool polishers, making it easy to fit into a variety of workflows and job sizes.
Wet Use Only: Designed to be used with water — clean and rinse pads after each use to maintain performance and pad life.
Progressive Finish Options:
- HONE (Step 0) – Leaves a natural, honed matte finish; ideal for maintaining the appearance of non-polished natural stone.
- Step 1 – Leaves a clean matte finish with light reflectivity; removes moderate to light damage, scratches, etch marks, and water marks.
- Step 2 – Leaves a satin finish with more reflectivity; removes light scratches and prepares the surface for high polish.
- Step 3 – Yields a high-gloss finish with clear reflectivity; great for daily or weekly maintenance of a polished surface.
Enhanced Gloss Potential: For an even higher shine, pair the final step with a buffing/polishing compound like Dia-Glo or 5X to boost reflectivity and depth of shine.
Cost-Effective & Longer Life: The high diamond concentration and durable construction extend pad life, delivering more value over time.
Multiple Size Options: Available in 7″, 16″, 17″, and 20″ to fit a variety of floor machines and job scales.
Made in the USA: Manufactured domestically for consistent quality control.

Directions for Use
- Make sure the floor is free of any debris and/or coatings before starting.
- Mount the appropriate ELITE pad onto the pad driver with the ELITE logo facing upward, toward the driver.
- Use the pads wet — apply water to the surface during operation. ELITE pads are designed for use with water.
- Work through the steps in sequence (Hone if needed, then Step 1 → Step 2 → Step 3) to progress from a matte finish to a high-gloss finish.
- Clean and rinse pads with water after each use to maintain performance and extend pad life.
Safety:
- Wear appropriate PPE — safety glasses and non-slip footwear are recommended when operating floor machines.
- Keep the work area wet during operation, as directed, to help control dust and reduce slip hazards from dry debris.
- Follow floor machine manufacturer guidelines for safe operation, including proper pad mounting and machine speed settings.
- Use caution on wet surfaces — treated floors will be wet during the process, so barricades or wet floor signage are advisable in commercial settings.
- Store pads in a dry area away from direct sunlight when not in use to preserve the resin binder.
